Green materials have a reputation for being dull. Not polypropylene. Its strength in all directions allows curves, waves, folds and bends to be created. The outer face can be protected further by printing designs sub-surface. The material is made anti-static with a special, corona treatment.

Before Corona treatment the ink is raised and sits like a ball

After Corona treatment the ink sits flat on the surface.

This improves the surface to allow litho printing on frosted using specialist machinery.
