White polypropylene is an economical substitute for card. No natural resources are used in its production as it is a by-product of oil refining. Polypropylene is tear-proof, stronger and 8% lighter than the equivalent card. It can be printed on both sides. It has an advantage over card of forming a living-hinge which can be flexed many thousand times without breaking.

Polypropylene is durable and wipes clean. With its scratch resistant surface, it is ideal for non-office conditions.

Printing methods are as versatile as card using specialist UV litho techniques, screen and foil blocking resulting in bright, sharp colours.
