Frosted, semi-transparent polypropylene
Environmentally friendly, non-toxic, food contact approved, fully recyclable, biodegradable over a few years Polypropylene is considered an environmentally friendly material. It is approved for food contact and is fully recyclable. Invented in 1957 it is made with no harmful emissions, no water and no waste. The frosted finish is on both sides of the material preventing scratching of the surface. It has a partial, see-through surface for the display of literature and can be litho printed. Creation of transparent windows is possible using spot UV varnish techniques. A more transparent grade gives greater clarity. It can be litho and screen printed and foil-blocked. |
