Hard to tell. This is not real jean material - honest. But it is very difficult to tell. We sewed the pocket and ribbon on to help the illusion. The material is in fact fabric over board - fabric impregnated with polyurethane to be precise. A clear advantage of this composite approach was that the print remained crisp over the blue jeans and no ironing was needed!
