Mansell development pack. A flexible system (ideal for HIPs) with a clear plastic soft vinyl sleeve cover to allow for different cover sheets. Inside is a ring binder neatly hidden by colour matched round spine and solid back. These were made in different spine widths (see below) to cater for greatly varying contents.
